Welcome to TEAM123 Leadership Training!

TEAM123 Leadership Training consists of KooLeaderZ Video Series and KooLeaderZ Video Refresher Series training libraries. Each consists of 81 key leadership topics that enable leaders to build their personal leadership brand! KooLeaderZ Video Series is a mini-training series ranging from 5:55 top 8:28 minutes in training that is powerful and provides leaders to focus on key points of detail to grow their leadership discipline. It also is built in a dependent series that allows leaders to grow from individual aspects to team and lastly, to organization. Each course must be completed prior to advancing to the next course. KooLeaderZ Video Refresher Series is a micro-training series ranging from 1:16 to 2:17 minutes in training that is focused on bringing back memories of KooLeaderZ Video Series focuses while adding new Five KooL Keys to Success. It is non-dependent and open to full access to any file at any time during the subscription. These training modules combine to help develop stronger leaders for a better tomorrow!

So why Team123?

Our team has built a system for leadership training based on many years of experience. Team123 is based on building leadership in three phases.

3. Organizational Leadership Development

We break both Series into three channels:

Our KooLeaderZ Video Series is now available for course purchase options in our Moodle LMS site with each course price set at $5. It includes 81 e-learning leadership topics. Leadership videos range in time from seven to twelve minutes each. These make great complementary leadership training to your leadership development plan.

KooLeaderZ Video Series and KooLeaderZ Video Refresher Series

Each series is comprised of 81 leadership topics. The slide deck format for all series includes the following slides:

• Title

• Introduction

• First leadership topic guide – a deep dive into the leadership topic

• Expected outcomes – five outcomes to expect from training

• Outcome benefits slide – deep dive into the five topics

• Second leadership topic guide - a second deep dive into the leadership topic

• Organizational applicability – how the leadership topic can be applied upward, horizontally, downward, and internally within the organization

• Expected benefits – five benefits to target from the leadership topic

• Five KooL Keys to Success – five key steps that help execute the leadership topic

• Summary

The Refresher Series does not include the second leadership topic guide. The Refresher Series is meant to be used as a quick refresher for leaders that have completed the KooLeaderZ Video series and parallels the topic list.
